I began my career at the Cleveland Clinic, treating medically complex patient on the heart and lung transplant floor as well as in the cardiovascular ICU. During this time, I also broadened my expertise to encompass vascular, neurological, and orthopedic diagnoses. Subsequently, I advanced to the role of Director of Rehabilitation in skilled nursing facilities, where I managed rehabilitation services. Additionally, I treated complex neurological diagnoses such as spinal cord and brain injuries while serving as a Certified Clinical Instructor, Rehabilitation Nurse Preceptor, and maintaining a seat on the Research Council board at Aultman Hospital in Canton Ohio.

Since 2019, I have worked on the sales and business development side of healthcare. Including, complex rehabilitation technology such as custom manual and power wheelchairs for Numotion, as a clinical liaison for Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospitals, as Director of Business Development in home health and, most recently, as a care consultant for hospice. These experiences have made me skilled at managing the insurance denial process and at managing roadblocks to care that many patients experience during challenging health related episodes. In my spare time, I am a member-at-large on the board for the Brain Injury Association of Ohio.
