Senior Placement

An advocate will connect you with trusted senior placement advisors for Assisted or Independent Living placement. For Skilled Nursing or Group Home placement our advocates will assist you in touring and selecting a skilled nursing facility or group home to meet your needs

Skilled/Long Term Care and Group Home Oversight

An advocate will perform on site visits to ensure compliance with the care plan and the patient's or guardian's goals of care. An advocate will report any violations to the ombudsman and any other state and federal entities in the case of suspected neglect or abuse

Physician Oversight and Appointments

An Inspire advocate will assist you in making doctor's appointments, and attend physician appointments in person or virtually, if needed. Before the appointment an advocate will help devise questions to ask the physician. Afterward, the advocate will discuss notes and go over what was discussed to ensure full understanding

Insurance Denial Paperwork

An advocate will work with you to compile all necessary documentation to fight insurance denials for medications, services, or levels of care (inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing etc). An advocate will instruct you on how to complete this process and how to submit documents timely

Explanation of Medical Benefits and treatments or medications

An advocate will explain medical insurance benefits, in network provider options,  tests recommended, or explain medication options presented by the physician

At Home Services

Our advocates will help research home health entities, personal care attendant services, durable medical equipment providers, at home pharmacy options, rehabilitation providers after hospitalization, and hospice/palliative providers. An advocate will help arrange for these services in the home, or after hospitalization, as needed.
