An advocate will assist you in researching, touring, contract negotiation and selection of a senior living community that best fits your unique needs or the needs of your loved one.

An advocate will perform on site visits to ensure compliance with the care plan and the patient's or guardian's goals of care. An advocate will report any violations to the ombudsman and any other state and federal entities in the case of suspected neglect or abuse.

An Inspire advocate will assist you in making doctor's appointments, and attend physician appointments in person or virtually, if needed. Before the appointment an advocate will help devise questions to ask the physician. Afterward, the advocate will discuss notes and go over what was discussed to ensure full understanding.

An advocate will work with you to compile all necessary documentation to fight insurance denials for medications, services, or levels of care (inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing etc). An advocate will instruct you on how to complete this process and how to submit documents timely.

An advocate will explain medical insurance benefits, in network provider options,  tests recommended, or explain medication options presented by the physician.

Our advocates will help research home health entities, personal care attendant services, durable medical equipment providers, at home pharmacy options, rehabilitation providers after hospitalization, and hospice/palliative providers. An advocate will help arrange for these services in the home, or after hospitalization, as needed.
